Renewals and inside sales support representative

About the role

As a Renewals and inside sales support representative, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial success and customer retention. You will:

• Manage renewals: Take ownership of the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
• Support the sales team: Help with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing inquiries from customers and partners.
• Drive customer engagement: Maintain strong client relationships by keeping them updated on product developments and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate internally: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and partner teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Specifically, you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a sales support or renewals role.
• Are skilled in multitasking and have a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
• Are confident using CRM systems and managing multiple workflows.
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or have equivalent work experience.
